We’re a removals company rooted in Sittingbourne and working right across Swale — the terraces around the town, the newer estates at Kemsley and Iwade, the offices on the business parks. And when a local move turns into a move abroad, we carry it on to France, Italy, Spain and Portugal ourselves.
Where we come from
Sittingbourne is a moving town. People come in for the fast line to London and the space you don’t get in the city; people head out when the family grows or retirement calls. We built this firm around that everyday churn — the flat-share to a first house, the family home downsized, the office that outgrew its unit — and around the belief that the day itself should be the calm part, not the stressful one.
The international side grew out of the same customers. A Kent family who moved with us across town would ring back years later, this time headed for a village in the south-west of France. Rather than hand them off, we learned the routes, the crossings and the post-Brexit paperwork, and made it part of what we do. The origin never changed — Sittingbourne — only how far the van kept going.
How we work
A survey first, by video walk-round or a visit, so the quote is built on what’s really there. A written quote that spells out what’s included and what would move the figure. Then a crew that turns up when it said it would, protects the doorways and the floors, and loads in the order the unload needs. Nothing fancy in that — just done properly, every time.
